Sailboat

This boat is a Northeaster Dory that was built from a Chesapeake Light Craft kit by volunteers at Farley Boat Works. The kit was kindly donated to the Boat Works by a donor in memory of her recently deceased husband, Daniel Joseph Glenney, IV. The 18′ boat is planked in Okoume marine plywood with mahogany and fir used for structural members. She is propelled by either a balanced lug sail or 8′ ash oars. A new Trailex trailer is included with the boat. This vessel has never been in the water but is fully-rigged and ready to sail or row. Specifications for the Northeaster Dory can be found on the Chesapeake Light Craft website.
