Gift Shop
Be sure to stop by the Museum Gift Shop when you visit. We have a nice selection of books dealing with both the natural and cultural history of our island, as well as great photographs & paintings of historic buildings.
Many of the items we sell are on consignment from local artists and artisans, and a number of the books are penned by local historians and writers. As our Museum Board President Nancy Phillips puts it, “When someone buys an item in the gift shop of the museum they not only help preserve history, they encourage an area artist”. That’s definitely a winning combination!
And of course we have postcards, note-cards, t-shirts and other great stuff to remind you of your visit to the Port Aransas Museum.
