Plein Air Watercolor of 2012 Auction & Dinner by Lee Ricks

Posted by on January 23rd, 2012 with 0 Comments

Lee Ricks, local artist and member of the acclaimed Watercolor Gang, is well know for his fine renditions of local Port Aransas landmarks.  While you mingle with friends and enjoy hors d’ ouerves and fine libations Lee will setup his easel and capture this gala event in a plein air painting.  By the time dinner is served he will have completed the painting, framed it and have it ready for you to bid on during the live auction.

Examples of Lee’s work can be found in the Museum’s Gift Shop and at leericksart.com.
